  1. I was at a game there once....of the 26 stadiums I have been to...it's #27th.
  2. The "youth movement" has already stalled? It's not even April yet!!!
  3. They built a huge party deck out in right field...called The Roof Top i believe. It’s a different world at Coors. They’ve successfully marketed the 'experience' over the standings....you’re telling the fans the score is secondary to the scenery and the social scene...why try to beat the Dodgers when you don't need to???
  4. After the July 31st sell off, any local high school baseball team is going to have more veteran leadership than our opening day roster in 2027.
  5. I'm not sure how anyone could disagree with you. The collapse of this team began in August of 2024...its been all downhill since. That's not a small sample size. The proof is in the W-L columns....no need to critique Falvey and his ability to build a winning baseball culture.
  6. But...better to DH one, and leave the other on the bench. That's the problem the Twins created by signing both. You don't pay Bell $7 million to sit on the pine, and you don't keep Larnach on the roster just to pinch-hit.
  7. I think it's more realistic to say: 60-70 wins is highly probable 71-82 wins is an over achievement 83+ wins is highly improbable
  8. Twins start and ABS system: - Sheldon ejected - Bell walk overturned by millimeters - Wallner's challenge was the worst of the weekend according to Espn....not even close.
  9. If Ober can’t get it Over, and Abel isn’t Able, Then tell me, what’s Zebby?" Answer: Zeb-bye.
  10. One thing we know for sure... Mick is Abel to throw batting practice quite well.
  11. Louie felt the same way. It’s interesting to wonder where his head is at regarding the trade now? He’s likely come to terms with the fact that chasing a ring as a Twin was always a long shot, and that sometimes, you have to leave home to actually compete on the biggest stage.
  12. Inconceivable!!! But legit! 1/3 of budget to 8% of personal that is guaranteed to provide 0% impact = another lost, useless, meaningless season not to support in any way possible.
  13. This statement may need some updating: " Pray for a flood beyond biblical proportions "
  14. Twins should play somebody more often then. Bench nobody. 😀
  15. Video's blocked.. here's what I found elsewhere: The Twins are leaning hard into the "value" play for the 2026 season. After a bit of a rough 2025, the team is officially trying to lure fans back to Target Field with some of the cheapest beer prices in Major League Baseball. The "$2 Beer" Promotion The headliner for 2026 is the $2 pregame beer deal. Here is the breakdown of how to get it: When: Available from the time gates open until the scheduled first pitch. Availability: * Fridays & Saturdays: Open to all fans (21+). Every Home Game: Exclusive to MyTwins Choice and Reserved Members (season ticket holders). What you get: 12-ounce cans of select varieties at specific stands throughout the ballpark. Other 2026 Value Deals The Twins are bundling that beer deal with a broader "Happy Hour" and family-friendly focus.
  16. Q: Why did the Banda start swearing when he saw the Twins lineup card? A: Because he realized the ShortStop behind him went from "Mookie" to "Brookie."
  17. Oh my....Festa has to be our next closer. It's destined. Here's his walk-in song. Don't Fear The Reaper https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=pe3jFvJ0qjs&list=RDpe3jFvJ0qjs&start_radio=1&pp=ygUmZG9uJ3QgZmVhciB0aGUgcmVhcGVyIGJsdWUgb3lzdGVyIGN1bHSgBwE%3D
  18. 42 years!!! You're right … how time flies!!! Feels like just yesterday Calvin Griffith was alienating Rod Carew over a 5K raise ... you know...‘insult your superstar' and then act shocked when he wants out.
  19. A late-2025 survey by The Athletic found that 98.5% of Twins fans want the Pohlad family to sell. It’s almost impossible to get that many people to agree on the color of the sky, yet here we are. I've attended as many as 20 Twins games a year. Until the Pohlads are gone, so am I.
  20. The most exciting component to this trade is to see how the thinner air effects Julien's strikeout rate.
  21. May I turned the headline into a question? Are The Twins becoming the first MLB team built and managed by AI? ●●● Under the Multi-Tool Mandate, players are "functional variables"—the more positions you play, the more "decision tree" branches the AI gets to use. With Constant Calibration tracking stuff like exit velo and fatigue in real-time, the AI just needs endless options to keep the logic perfect. It’s just pure math.
  22. More? Signing Rogers is basically baseballs equivalent of HGTV’s Flip or Flop. The Twins are looking at Taylor Rogers like a fixer-upper house they hope to flip for "More" prospects by August.
  23. For every Cruz, there’s a dozen Logan Morrisons, Matt Shoemakers, and Alex Colomés, guys we’re still trying to scrub out of our memory...how quickly we forget ....J.A. Happ, Addison Reed , Dylan Bundy, Chris Archer...my favorite....Joey Gallo. Even a broken watch is right twice a day.
