This. Except I would not lose Diamond or Worley at this point - if Deduno comes back healthy somebody is getting a mysterious ailment until we need another pitcher. My other hope is that Escobar gets a shot at SS. While its not likely, I think there is still some potential with the bat there.

 

I also would start Sano at AAA.
