I work for the government, so yes.

 

An occasional 15 minutes is OK at just about any job I look at. Seeing coping mechanisms on he other hand...

OTOH, maybe you should consider changing jobs. My job at a Nevada brothel doesn't pay very well, but at least they don't hassle me about which websites I visit while at work.
