Minnesotans are smart. There's no reason to believe in this organization when this organization doesn't believe in winning. The team has been using the 26th roster spot for a human mascot. They're not taking any of this seriously, so why should we?

Yeah ...get rid of that TC Bear mascot...bring in that real bear from the land of sky blue waters metal hamm GIF

He's not ready to be a big leaguer yet offensively. Defense he has it and throws good. His bat isn't ready. He is 21 years old.

We do need new owners. Just about everyone is tired of staleness of Pohlad ownership. Joe Pohlad took over in 2023, ran his mouth about town rightsizing the payroll, and things have been totally downhill sense. Three consecutive seasons of a pooped out franchise that faded in August.  NEED new owners to invigorate some life into this franchise, change the culture of mediocrity and the Used furniture store attitude  that had become Pohlad ownership. Still think Pohlads thought they were selling the franchise, pulled a Red McCombs and traded off our entire bullpen on purpose.  There was no good rational reason to give up both Johan Duran( Gave him awa,y didn't get any major league ready talent or return) and Louis Varland with that much control left, got nothing for him. Pohlads were trying to stick it to Twins fans blowing up roster last deadline. I'm convinced they thought they were selling team last year. This iteration of Pohlads have not been good stewards of the Twins.

Well...the lock down may increase the sale price of the team. Problem is...nobody eems to want to buy a team in Minnesota.. Padres and Angels were just sold for big bucks ..Angels are horrible and sold for 4 billlion...

The revenue streams just aren't there. The Twins are not a draw. The team is wretched, and the ownership may be the dumbest in all of MLB now that the Angels have sold. Hardcore fans are put off by a legacy of terrible business decisions. Casual fans don't see anything cooking inside to draw them in. No All-Stars. No future Hall-of-Famers. No playoff buzz before or after 2023's little micro-push.

Perfect Friday night. Something to play for. No juice in the crowd whatsoever…not that I blame them. Sad how accustomed we’ve become to these sparse crowds.

Almost 21,000.  That's big for TC now.

Twins have drawn well since June. Just not a good enough team. They knew going into tge season the bullpen was weak, and infield defense wasn't good enough. Lee should have never bern the shortstop tovstart the year, and Gray was smoke and mirrors, Lee he is decent defender but doesn't have range to be the SS. Keaschall doesn't have a good throwning arm, Lyke has Ben Revere like arm.

Twins no- but Walk-off balks are rare—there have been only about 25 documented in MLB history since 1914

I guess they would call that a "balk-off." 👍

Well...I look at it this way. I know a White Sox fan who went through 3 consecutive 100 plus losing seasons from 2023 to 2025 and now will make the playoffs. ..with a low payroll.(google Jerry Reinsdorf and read how the fanbase has reacted to him for many years)..plus I am a Twins fan who has seen worse seasons.  So....I am not going to give up hope ...maybe I am a glutton for punishment...if the community hates them so much as you noted....cut ties with the team via arranging a settlement on the Target Field lease agreement...many cities want a ball team and may pony up some dough...I also think a pohlad sale could happen in the near future...i still have hope I Hope Please GIF

I mentioned earlier that college players many times have an advantage..(are exceptions like Mauer).such as Culpepper and the #1 pick for this year
