I have no idea what to expect on the bullpen, but there are some pieces:

Raya, Sands, Funderburk, Prielepp seem like bullpen options.  Maybe Festa.  

Find a reliever in a deal for Larnach.  

Look for change of scenery deals for Miranda or whomever else.  Look for guys in free agency. I know you won't get much, but some of the success the Twins have had building a good bullpen is just taking failed dudes and getting the best out of them in shorter appearances.  

I'm making no bold claims of the bullpen being good, but it's the one area of baseball where outcomes have the highest variance.

Wallner and his power looks like a solid #5 hitter to me.  22 HRs in 336 ABs is a pretty good rate.  Close to 35 over a full season….  Larnarch I agree.  He is an ok hitter to plug in where needed.  As long as his cost is below 5 million keeping him can be justified.  I can also see the Twins trading him too.
