No they won't avoid 90 losses. I think there is a very real chance that Twins fans give up on the team while the Pohlad's are owners, the MLB starts to realize MN is no longer a viable baseball market, the team moves somewhere (Charlotte?) and wins a WS within the first 10 years as a new org., and is the final middle finger to Twins fans everywhere, and an end to the misery saga over the last 25 years.

I predict 70-92.  Absent new owner, new FO including philosophy, and new manager they have turned the clock back and you can consider this year being the start of another 1993-2000 run.

They're locked into Target Field for a decade or longer, if I recall correctly. They're going nowhere.
