RpR Verified Member Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 Time for Stevenson to show he can hit in the Majors as well as he did in the Minors.

RpR Verified Member Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 Twins did fine without Buxton, they should do well without Lewis, but as I said , tomorrow will show it.

Terrible I doubt you listen to the radio broadcast. Provus and Gladden have been talking about Lewis being hurt since that double play, amazed he was left in the game. tarheeltwinsfan 1
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 I would feel a whole lot better if he didn’t throw his helmet and go cursing up the tunnel. Parfigliano 1

Stop it. Buxton was weighing down the offense with a total lack of production. Lewis has been the catalyst to the team’s offensive resurgence over the second half. I know rocco isn’t in the dugout but the twins have erred far on the side of caution over the last couple years. To leave him in for a 6 run game is just, I don’t know

Tlaker Verified Member Posted September 20, 2023 Posted September 20, 2023 How and why do players today feel so much more fragile than they did 50-60 years ago? Players actually had to take part time jobs back then to pay their bills…. athletes today are supposed to be so much better specimens?🤷♂️ always get hurt on routine plays? I guess they are more thoroughbreds now but so, so fragile Mike Sixel, jkcarew, 9moons27 and 2 others 4 1
