I have a weird feeling this may be Gallo's last game for the Twins.....

Amazingly potent swing, just doesn't contact the baseball often enough to be viable.

Just thinking just maybe the best move the Twins didn't make was getting rid of Kepler. Somehow, since the ASG, he has ramped up his game both in the field and AB. Good thing too. We definitely need him in top form.

Gallo getting a start is mind boggling. The guy just can't hit. 20 HR's or not, his other AB's are useless.

Gallo starting currently with this roster isnt mind boggling simply because of personel.

Hes the only back up center fielder. Unless you want Luplow who is a worse hitter and fielder with a righty on the mound.

Taylor has a bum hamstring so hes getting rest occaisionally. And Kepler refuses to play CF per what was reported earlier in the year. So it has to be Gallo.

When Buxton and Kirilloff return. His PT will be non existent though. Because those are both spots he currently backs up.

Correas ABS aren't much better than Gallo. He has left 12 runners just in the past 3 games.

Wouldn't it be nice to see Solano and Correa's spots switched in the batting order Right now both Polanco and Solano hit in front of people who are almost guaranteed to not get a hit. If they were switched, there would be a 40% chance that Polanco's double would have come with someone on base.
