I hope we can send a message to the Guardians that we are getting healthy and ready to  put some distance between our division rivals..  I sometimes think the Twins play up or down to the level of their opponents.  We've  taken season series from the Yankees and Astros. so, we have demonstrated our ability to beat the big boys.  We just have to do it on a more consistent basis, and at the same time, dominate the weaker teams.

Vazquez needs to start earning his keep of $10MM a year to be in the lineup when Jeffers is on a heater at the moment.  

Vazquez last 7 games: .182 avg, .217 OBP,  and slugging .182. 

Jeffers last 7 games: .375 avg, .500 OBP and slugging .813.

Makes sense that Rocco doesn't play him back to back days.  Happy Jeffers as a tandem isn't the weakest link.

Together Again ----- Buck And CC,   Hey, i will always cheer on my team, But Can someone explain Roccos  Passion for keeping these 2 together, ,  every other player he puts in the Lineups usually depending on r.h. or L.h. Pitchers,  ,  All im saying is it has not been working,  Its been killing the team in alot of games,  He will have Goofy Lineups all the time,  But Never Buck or .C.C.,  So im hoping it starts Tonight,  Go  Twins

I would bat C4, Buck and Kep 7,8,9. When they heat up, then move them up. Reward Lewis and let him clean up!

Polo leading off! He has been one of our more complete hitters, especially from the left side. I've been wanting to see this, hopefully he comes back hot like last time.

I took a look at May stats just now. Top candidates to turn the page to June--Vázquez (.446 OPS), Kepler (.548), MAT (.552), Buck (.645). Pitchers--Jax 1-4 5.56 ERA, JLópez 0-2 9.00 ERA

Incidentally, the Twins were 12-15 despite outscoring their opponents by 20 runs in May.

While the Twins have scored 3 runs or fewer in 47% of their games, Cleveland's got them beat at 57%. WIMP WAR!

Intradivision games:

With the change in the schedule this year there are fewer games against division opponents. This means that intradivision games have less of an effect on a team's overall W-L record. But since there are fewer intradivision games it means that these games have more of an effect than before in terms of position in the standings. Our favorite team is currently 10-6 against AL Central opponents. Here's hoping we increase that spread over the course of the next four games.

Which all but ended his career. If he’d retired the next day he’d be in the HOF, 1st ballot. But he labored on and fizzled out with a bum shoulder.

Threw 130+ pitches that game.  Alot even back then.  Of course avg start according to Blyleven.  Lotta Met fans blame that game for Santana's troubles going forward.
