Back on Thursday I predicted we lose this one by 10+… I am feeling good about that. 
 

Kirk is having one of the best games of the season and the team is crumbling around him. Losing to the Lions today shouldn’t be a big deal as you can’t win ‘‘em all, especially in the division, but getting blown out would be concerning.

Things can only go up from here… I hope. 15 carries for 5 yards is brutal. No surprise for any Vikings fan than OL depth is non existent. Secondary got torched for big plays. 

Thankfully JJ is doing JJ things. And Kirko looks better than last week.

It wouldn’t be a surprise but it wouldn’t be a good thing either. Vikings need to get one of the top 2 seeds so they can get at least one home game (2 if they get the 2 seed). SF is still right on our tails. This is an improved lions team but they’re still not great, certainly on defense. No semblance of a running game is killing us. The mounting injuries and Kirk getting beaten up every week, we need player rest. Having to battle SF down the stretch for that two seed is not ideal.
