Are you talking about the flares to left after he took the obligatory called strike 1 and couldn't get a free pass to raise his obp?

Honestly, I think he would've hit more home runs if he were more of a pull hitter instead of the opposite way. He had the power, but the geometry wouldn't work going the other way.
