Then the Cowboys failed to execute on third down, bizarrely decided to attempt a 57 yard FG, and the Vikings scored on the short field. Game is pretty much in the bag and Vikes wIn!

14-0 Vikings, 1st quarter in the books. Pretty much a win, pretty much a replay of the Vikings win in Dallas in the 1973 NFC Championship game

It was odd, but still a great drive there. Overall the offense did their job that half. The defense was ok, but not great

Still in the playoff hunt. Packers aren't as great as they think they are. Still have to come to Minneapolis.

Solid enough win. I'm starting to worry a lot about the secondary but other than that ...

 

Still looks like a 10-6 wildcard team with a puncher's chance against anyone but not likely to win three road playoff games. Catching GB is going to be hard but is possible. The KC loss (and the BS Packers game) will haunt us this season if we don't.

I stand by my posts all year, a good to very good team, but not a great team. The defense has really fallen off, as the team has invested more draft capital in the offense, as many of us believed would happen.

 

I believe if they opened the offense a little, and used Barr a lot more as a blitzer on third down, this team would be better. Still not elite, but more likely to beat an elite team.

 

Coaches don't seem to understand that if you aren't as good as your opponent, you need to be unconventional to win more often....

Agreed on the solid win part. Cowboys aren't a great team, and Dak is overrated. Need some young guys to step up in the secondary. Shouldn't need to burn a first round pick every year to have a competent secondary.
