Yeah, you even get past the eight hitter, Castro (who has a .933 OPS), and then you realize you have to face Byron Buxton.

 

It's delightfully brutal.

I've been complaining about Sano checking his swings on down and away garbage pitches, and here we go scoring a run on one.

 

What the hell do I know?

And that's why I don't trust Sano as a hitter. Any good pitching just chews him up and spits him out. Way too much swing and miss.

Why would Dick want Cruz pinch run for with two outs when he’ll be running anyway, but not one?

 

Keep Cruz in the lineup, at this point odds are there’ll be extra innings.
