Morneau is growing on me. Understated and he actually offers insight. I think it’s time for Bert to hang it up

 

I came to this thread to see if anyone else thought this too.  I tuned in specifically this series to hear how he would do.

 

I will continue to tune in specifically to series he does for his insight.  I'm quite impressed.

At what point will people stop saying it’s early?

Losing 5 of 6 to Tampa and Cincinnatti is not something a contender does.

Remember games in April don't count as much in the standings.

Twins aren't going to the playoffs this year unless something freaky happens.

 

Indians, Yankees, Red Sox, Astros are all locks to make the playoffs. Angels and Mariners look pretty good at the moment and would need to fall flat on their face to let the Twins in the race after this disaster of games.

Sorry, I just can't agree on any level with that. It's unfair to Berrios to be punished because the bullpen stinks.

Taylor Rogers has struggled, so, continue to use him.

Watching Duffey pitch makes me want to see the Twins DFA him and find the next Magill, Wilk, Hale, or Melville with his roster spot.

No,Pressly is usually the best, not Hildenberger. Right now Rogers and Hildenberger just can't get anybody out.

Two things I've learned during the Reds series:

 

The Reds are not as bad as their record indicates.

 

The Twins are not a good baseball team right now and if they don't get their act together, well, 2016 here we come.

The ball girl just did an awesome job going to her left to snag a ground ball.
