The strikeout rate is an issue, but he did jump from short season to A+ ball within a season. I can see an .850+ OPS in AA from Rooker quite easily. I rank him higher than a lot of people around here because the Twins, this team, decided to promote him from rookie ball to A+ ball without messing around. Rooker performed with quite consistent numbers in A+ ball. I have a hard time believing that he will not be up for the Twins before September 2019, and would not be shocked if he arrived by September 2018.
