I'd question EVERY thing this organization does right now, given it's total system failure.I know you would but that doesn't mean you're right. Steil took over in 2012 and we've seen pretty impressive breakouts from both big name prospects but also seen lesser name prospects develop. We've seen fast in-season promotions. Last year we started to see results start to come from the 2012 draft and the 2009 signing period (which is realistically pretty good). Give the young guys time.
