Doubles Verified Member Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 I'll be in Fort Myers next week. There are games each day starting at 1:05 pm. Anyone know what time of day a baseball junkie should get to Hammond so as not to miss anything? What time of day do things start happening there? Thanks in advance for any answers...
Halsey Hall Verified Member Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 Around 9:30-10ish to see them practice.
djvang Verified Member Posted March 15, 2016 Posted March 15, 2016 We usually get there around 10AM. To avoid the traffic and parking hassle we park at the Publix shopping center at the corner of Daniels Pkwy & Six Mile Cyprus and walk the 3/4 mile to the stadium.

In terms of MiLB, with games starting at 1p now, they usually practice til 1130, take lunch and then comeback to the field about 1230p Concerning parking and traffic, there are closer places to park (for free) than a mile out at Publix...just saying

Physics Guy Verified Member Posted March 20, 2016 Posted March 20, 2016 Anybody going to be around this coming week? Bringing the family down on 3/20 for the first time. Two boys, 13 & 10. We're all pumped to see some Twins' games and some sun after the two inches of snow last night.
