Rosario and hicks both hitting .300 more or less, Sano a stud, dozier a stud, buxton is almost can't miss.

Solid solid solid core for the next 6-7 years.

Regardless of what happens this year, it's gonna be a fun next several years.

Rosario hitting LHP the past couple games might be the most encouraging thing of all.

I'm impressed with how Rosario seems to be able to hit anything he wants. The guy just makes solid contact with everything. He might not walk a ton, but if he hits 280+ every year with some pop he is a pretty good player (would be even better if it was at 2b).

Add May and Berrios to that as well. Once the Mauer contact is off the books I could see the twins being a player in a big time fa pitcher.

What about Joe Mauer? He is/was talented.

Just 3 more depressing years to go until they resign him for a couple more years.

I think he will be a key part for the next 2-4 years, not so much 6-7. It was more about the youngsters (and Dozier who has came into his own very recently)

I agree. And I think this hope isn't just being a Twins homer. To add to the aforementioned list I would also think Polanco will stick. He can hit and he's a tough out. Where he'll play defensively is the question. But he'll be a big improvement and offer a lot more consistency than Santana.

Berrios is going to be a player.

I'm just amazed Hicks has played this well. Kepler is on the 40-man, hope to see him sometime this Fall. Granted space is limited if Hicks & Rosario are playing well.

Gonsalves was unhittable again tonight in Ft Myers (literally). And a few of those 45 relief pitchers they selected in the past couple years have to pan out.

You ain't kidding. 5 innings, 0 hits! Also 3 BB, 8 KO. Promote him!

But did we think the same thing about Danny Santana last year?

no, Rosario also has a very strong minor league record which indicates this is no fluke.
