Don't be fooled by his ERA, he strikes out around 6 per 9 and walks about 5 per 9.

I think part of the reason his ERA is so good is because KC other relievers are crazy good and probably stranded a few or a bunch of his baserunners.

Lemme see:

a 37 year old, under contract for next season, with a FIP in the 4s, WHIP around 1.700 and 15% K%.

Lots of Frazors (and better) in the Twins' minors right now.

No thanks on outside pitching help. Time to find out what the internal candidates can do.

About the only thing I can see the Twins making a deal for is a top flight catcher. Even then, it isn't worth giving up the farm.

Meh, I wouldn't love it or hate it. He had a pretty good year last year (2.66 ERA 8.7 k/9).

He wouldn't cost anything, so picking up for a week or two wouldn't hurt you. Plenty of "open spots" in the pen IMO.

His problem may have been that he was trying to hard to strike everyone out like all the other Royal relief pitchers.  Bring him in and settle him down and maybe a decent asset in the pen. At least see if he would accept a minor league deal, which I doubt he would.

Do the Twins really have the MiLB relief pitchers ready to make a wild card [or better?] run?  Like drock2190 said, Frasor has a bad K/BB ratio.  A change might make a difference.  The Twins were in the running for his services recently.

Off the top of my head, the only MiLB pitcher I can think of to callup is Berrios.  After only 2 starts at AAA, I don't know if that's a good idea.
