As the last guy in he's unlikely to play, but after his recent heroics, Yost would be foolish not to use him as a pinch hitter late in the game if the AL is behind.

Seems like every couple years there is a player who declares himself out so he can rest a nagging injury or go on DL. Dozier has earned this as much as anyone.

I don't think Dozier will be the last guy on the bench. There is a realization that he's a great ballplayer.
