Squirrel Community Moderator Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Okay, well, that's the way to get outs! Although I'm not convinced Cabrera was out, but who am I to argue the replay judges?

formerly33 Verified Member Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 You only have to dig so far before you reach the Tigers' bullpen.
ashbury Verified Member Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 [schafer]'s been so terrible as a lefty facing righties. Maybe hitting lefty against left-handers will turn out to be his niche.Great managerial decision? Or Greatest managerial decision? formerly33 and Platoon 2
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 And that's how it's done ... one at a time! (Well, a home run with runners on is a good way, too) JB_Iowa 1
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Price chased by a Santana bouncer of the short stop's glove (Iglesias) scores Schafer from second. Only a 2 run deficit... JB_Iowa 1

ashbury Verified Member Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Baseball's Sad Lexicon These are the saddest of possible words: Now pitching, Blaine Boyer <fin>
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 I think hubris has caught up to the Tigers in the base running department. Too easy to steal on a pitch, let's try something actually interesting... glunn and Squirrel 2
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Man, I need to go to the post office, but I don't want to leave and miss the end of this game. glunn 1
Platoon Verified Member Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Since Torii left Detroit, it's obvious no one is mentoring base runners! glunn and ashbury 2

ashbury Verified Member Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Man, I need to go to the post office, but I don't want to leave and miss the end of this game.I hear ya. It's my parakeet's bowling night, but I'm strangely unable to tear myself away from the game. glunn 1
Blake Verified Member Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Seattle played like someone slipped them some Xanax. The Tigers seem to have been slipped a roofie or two.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 The post office? At 10 pm? Where I live the post office closes at 1 pm. She goes home for lunch! The main post office is open until midnight. They used to be open 24/7. At least that's for counter service. I think I can still go there any time and use the automated machines, which I do anyway because the lines are usually too long.
Gibby Provisional Member Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 . If everyone left the game thread who said something stupid, we would not ever get to pg 2! You rang? ashbury 1
Gibby Provisional Member Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 What is happening? I'm glad I had a teensy bit of faith to check back on the game. Then I saw all that crazy throw-out, pick-off nuttiness. glunn 1
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 A Plouffie home run would be nice here ...
