    Buddies probably not. Catchers and pitchers tend to be quite sensitive when it comes to optics though, so I'll cheer for a rift to grow there. At least for the next two games. Eh, make it all year. I don't much care for Atlanta.

    Yeah, in past years I'd agree with not bringing up a top prospect to ride pine, but no one does that. Every hitter on the active roster has over 100 PA and Adrianza has played in 62 games. If say Rooker was the call (once healthy), there would be ABs for him as the 4th OF and back up 1B.

    I hope that’s one of those deflating loses that wrecks moral for a week. And since the Atlanta is only here for half of a week, I hope they leave what’s left all over the visiting team’s clubhouse.

    Duffey feels like the wrong move here. But to be fair ANY move feels like the wrong move here.

    I presume not many NL players will be getting AL MVP votes, so he’s top 10. And good luck to Moncada getting votes on a losing team or any Red Sox getting votes on an underachieving team.

    I just noticed Kepler’s BABiP was .254 heading into the game. What if that evened out?

    I like that KC has let Duffey work through his adversity this whole time. But that’s mostly because I like when the Twins score runs.

    My wife thinks the Derek Jeter insurance add where he walks up to and strikes up a conversation with a random six-year-old girl without any parents around is super creepy. And now I can’t un-see how extremely creepy it is.
