    If Wentz is the best QB on this roster, we are going to lose a lot of football games. I’m fine with him in 2-3 week spurts. No problem at all sitting Murray for another week. Getting concussions in consecutive weeks would take him out several weeks instead of 1 more.

    Remember the day and a half we debated whether to acquire Zach Neto? How much of a disaster would that have been in prospect capital given up?

    Jim Pohlad thought the long time Cleveland pitching pipeline was coming over here. Never did. Falvey never learned how to dig for oil to build a pipeline.

    Well the T Wolves and Wild figured it out. Competent ownership matters a great deal in hiring/firing. The Pohlads want a country club lifestyle like Glen Taylor.

    Derek Falvey was hired because Jim Pohlad scrolled through Cleveland’s media guide. Never forget. Zoll was probably hired because he spent a little bit of his 20s in the Dodgers organization.

    It’s pretty clear that the Pohlads have no clue how to hire the right person to run things, just like Glen Taylor with the Wolves.

    I am envious of the Angels who finally escaped Arte Moreno… Hopefully we can rejoice in a year or 2 after the new CBA is in place

    The incredible thing is there are people on this website that believe Tom P is different than the other 3 Pohlads we’ve dealt with over the last 40 years. Tom Pohlad handing a couple of $20 bills to Trevor Plouffe one night, the equivalent of throwing pennies at someone for Tom, won people over.

    I wonder if Tom P realizes that him pivoting away from the rebuild already in progress only prolonged the situation? Probably not, since that requires some level of baseball knowledge and none of the younger Pohlads besides Joe seems to have that. It can't be overstated how much the Pohlads have knee capped this organization since the end of 2023. I remember through the GM meetings in December, Falvey said he still didn't have a budget to work with. Because the Pohlads were too busy trying to boot Joe out of the picture.

    They're hiding him on the roster like he's a rule 5 draft pick. As frustrating as it is for us fans, imagine how he feels. He's had 4 PA total since the trade deadline. If I'm him, I want to play... not rot on the bench.

    As a dog owner I fully agree. My dog is much happier staying at home instead of running errands with me. I only go on hiking trails with him now and avoid dog parks because there are too many ignorant dog owners. Last time I took him to a dog park, one of those "Don't worry he's friendly!" off-leash dogs drew blood on my dog and bit me too.

    If Zoll is here we’re not spending that type of money on a reliever. He will be a $15+ million reliever for 2-3 years. I am a big fan of Minter he’s been awesome all year
