  1. I just don't care how close they are to the division lead or the wild card on May 17th. It's abundantly clear that the bullpen talent and catastrophic defense will hold them back over 162 games. We've now wasted approximately 100 MLB games dating back to August 1, 2025 not building anything sustainable in the bullpen. Let's change that... Let's get Culpepper up ASAP so we can quit pretending Brooks Lee is an MLB SS. Let's find a solution at 1B that can last more than 1 season.
  2. Did the kiddos run the bases? Also, free ice cream to a small battalion of toddlers is worth missing an inning or 2
  3. Miguel Sano spent a little over a month doing a full reset starting in Ft Myers. I think the Twins need to draw up a 4-5 week full reset for Lewis as well.
  4. Lewis might need the total system reset like Sano did and get sent down to Ft Myers. If/when he’s sent down to the minors, a week of good hitting isn’t solving this situation.
  5. I’m not sure if there’s any other levers to pull to get Lewis out of this slump in MLB
  6. Might need to speed run through this game. Strong thunderstorms expected later this evening
  7. Tis the season! Just got my garden planted and hoping for a better crop this year… 1 cherry tomato, 1 Cherokee purple heirloom, 2 Early girl tomato plants. Pickling cucumbers, green beans, onions, carrots, radishes, and 2 hot pepper plants in the ground
  8. Just a lousy effort in an elimination game last night.
  9. Brewers for sure. This is their annual trip to see buildings more than 4 stories tall.
  10. Border battle! Target Field is going to be full of drunken Sconnies this weekend
  11. If it ever happens, it has to be within the next 2 weeks. This team with the current bullpen and defense situation is incapable of a long winning streak.
  12. I mean… he had the entire left half of the net wide open. It’s really unfortunate he was the one in that spot. Anyone else in the top 9 and they would have buried that shot.
  13. I remember Braxton Garrett used to be good... A couple of major arm surgeries wrecked the guy.
  14. Idk but it never stops for MN mens sports teams. It’s exhausting
  15. I can’t stop thinking about that specific play in OT. Kaprizov doesn’t shoot it, turns it over then coasts to the bench. Boldy coasting into the D zone which leaves Kulak wide open for the game winner. I also can’t stop thinking about McCarron’s whiff on a prime time grade A chance. Boldy’s pass wasn’t perfect, but you gotta make contact man.
  16. It's bizarre to me that the FO has more faith in random DFA/waiver wire acquisitions over their own drafted players.
  17. Re: Travis Adams... It's time to make him a full time reliever. But they won't, because the Twins love their bulk pitcher strategy in the minors to keep everyone stretched out.
  18. Sadly that's the case. If Roden or E-Rod were healthy I would assume either one gets the call up today. Gonzalez is on the 40 man but he's been struggling in AAA.
  19. It was time to send Wallner down. Hope he finds that swing and confidence again.
  20. It was building up before those last 4 minutes. The Wild went prevent defense for the 2nd and 3rd period. Stopped being aggressive and hoped the time ran out.
  21. Yep. Apparently know something about baseball too. Thank goodness 39 year old Garcia saved us from this game being a 5 run loss into a 4 run loss. Lowering his ERA to a clean 9 this year.
