Increasing attendance won’t happen right away… The Twins have been out of sight out of mind for a long time. I would start with eliminating all ticket fees for the season. Then implementing low cost concession items throughout the stadium. In reality, the Pohlads aren’t going to do any of that. Target Field will be 50% capacity all year except when the Yankees and Blue Jays come to town.

The NFL doesn’t care because they’re printing money. But these games mostly stink. I think it’s mostly because everyone is playing on short weeks at the end of the season.

That’s very concerning. Until further notice I am withholding judgement on him until he gets a real play caller teamed up with him. Who knows, maybe he’s our backup QB rehab project 4 years from now. I listened to Norse Code IIRC and a Bears beat reporter said the coaching staff didn’t teach Williams anything from a footwork standpoint in training camp. They were severely understaffed to coach up a new QB and that’s very clear now after firing their OC and HC mid season.

Idk man the arm talent is clearly there. The Bears didn’t operate a real offense this year. For our sake as Vikings fans, I hope it remains that way. If he gets a coach that knows what he’s doing, then I’ll start to worry.

Special shout out to the ownership group for making this possible. The Twins annoy me more than entertain me in recent years, but I still come back because of the friendships built over the years.
