Truth. All of that was amassed early, though. Imagine if he was healthy on that pace.....hence an honorable mention that it is bad he's not. Like, 1-2 wins bad (not Pagan bad, though).
I'd give Pagan all five spots if possible. I don't get how three years of being BAD at your job allows you to stay on the team because you have "stuff".
Buxton could be an honorable mention, frankly. Outside the start of the year, they've gotten little to nothing from him
Judge is going to hit around 65 home runs, and people are blaming the pitchers.
I don't get why Pagan is on this roster. It's indefensible. He's been terrible for three years.
That's not what regression to the mean means. It means he drops to his normal level of play, not below it to get his overall numbers to the mean. That said? I'd guess he's a bit tired at this point.
Your post doesn't fit the narrative. It is accurate, though. So thank you.
They literally took a guy they drafted when? And he looks like a legit prospect? And people post negative things, still. Thank you for posting some actual information.
I keep wondering if Balazovich is in his head, like Rick Ankiel.
Martin is the biggest bummer for me. I really thought he was Arraez with speed and defense. I hope he goes back to getting hits and stops thinking about power.
And SWR. They don't need a veteran forth or fifth starter next year. That said, it depends on health. They might sign a placeholder.
They do need Pagan off this roster. Sigh.
My thoughts on House of the Dragon and Strange New Worlds are the same. They look great, but the characters are boring so far. I have much higher hopes for HoD....
You said it was dumpster diving....I'm asking what else they can do in August. He's on a minor league deal. He's insurance in case anyone else gets hurt. What else would you like them to do in August?
