    Bibee at 5.6 era in his last seven starts. But he is on the not so short list of pictures that always give the Twins fits. Bibee, Cameron, Fedde etc

    The Twins haven’t had adequate Buxton insurance since 2023. They had MAT and that worked out pretty well. This is another part of where not spending payroll hurts them depth wise. Look at guys like Snell and Glasnow. They pitch to begin the season, they pitch to end the season and playoffs, and spend the middle of the season on the IL. Maybe this would work with Joe Ryan too?

    Messing around with Buxton‘s injury was probably near the top of the list.

    Oh hindsight… Can they recoup any value now on their missed opportunities? -Jeffers, I’d offer the QO, either they get another year or they pick up a draft pick. -Ryan, hopefully he pitches well in his last couple games here this season. I’m listening to any and all offers. -Pablo, this will be an unpopular take, but I would try to get an extension done for him. Otherwise, he is a trade deadline candidate.

    Larnach has a .568 OPS in his last 30 games and doesn’t play good defense.

    The roster mismanagement masterclass continues. If they think they are still in it they are fools. This team has shown me nothing that makes me believe they have a run left in the tank. They can make roster space for Emma. Even a rube like myself could make it happen - put him in left and rotate Bell and Larnach at DH. It’s not that hard.

    He’s probably not the long-term answer, but I’d like to see what he can do with a good roster. One with some athletic players and no 3rd catcher.

    Bullpen issued over 5 walks per nine and had a 5.40 era in the last 10 games. Offense has been averaging less than 4 runs per game. Easier to list who isn’t slumping.
