  1. Yeah...that was a cartoonishly bad decision.
  2. Maybe there is such a thing as karma for Sean Payton. Sad that Nix, an otherwise fine human, had to pay the price for that loud sack of ****.
  3. I still think Nix is trash. The Bills just have a trash defense. The "mistake" the Vikings made, made again, and sound prepared to make for a third year is not figuring out that running the ball is back. You want to be good? Run the ball.
  4. Found these this morning: How the hell are these catches and Brandin Cooks last night was not?
  5. That INT call just doesnt make sense to me.
  6. Logically...yes. Counterpoint: Raiders.
  7. Raiders are still, by far, the best bet IMO
  8. Purely measuring health by profit is a great way to JC Penny's yourself. Boxing makes lots of money still too, doesn't mean it isn't broken or a shell of what was/could've been.
  9. Two more Colorado Rockies doesn't seem to benefit league health IMO. MLB needs to get their finances in order first.
  10. I understand the point, but I think we make way too many assumptions about what is best for winning. Top 12 teams in run percent - 7 are in the playoffs. Bottom of that list? Dregs of the NFL. Baltimore has the same problem Buffalo has - the KC meat grinder. One that Baltimore nearly overcame last year without a catastrophically bad drop. They also consistently rank in the top ten on explosive plays too. I get that seeing their formations may seem super old school - but their execution and results are anything but. They've been a dangerous offensive team....no matter how many TEs or FBs are on the field.
  11. The Dodgers have spent more total money in free agency the last three years (2.5 billion) than 17 teams in the league are worth. Go ahead. Read that again.
  12. Here's one thing I will say in disagreement - I've never seen a team pivot their offensive identity as much at the Ravens did from Flacco to Lamar. He shows he can put aside his ego, look at what he has to work with, and make it work. He's a couple of bonehead player mistakes from having multiple SB appearances he didn't get to count.
  13. The depressing part of this mock is we would have won meaningless games and lost out on Caleb Downs as a result.
  14. Just trying to support amazing women in STEM.....jerk. Also...I knew the offense dragged our season but that graph....my god.
  15. Hypothetically turning a failed starter into a valuable reliever and then into a valuable young starter is a good path for a FO. So what becomes of Rojas is a major point of uncertainty in deciding this proof of concept. I'd also suggest it'd be better to get 3-4 years of good use of them before you flip them in this concept.
  16. Is he in a dumpster somewhere? If not....it's not really our shopping preference.
  17. I don't know the best place but this graph is crazy: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZP8fr7s4g/
  18. Yeah....I just don't know what to say anymore other than our draft picks have been an abysmal failure under KAM.
  19. Also, given the previous incidences....you're going to have a hard sell to the public about how innocent you are at 3:45 AM. Fair or not.
  20. Also...this Addison situation has another layer that bear mentioning: You could argue the only clear, bright spot pick we've made under KAM in the first 4 rounds of the draft was Addison. (Turner is on the upswing, Jackson was solid, but not to what Addison showed IMO) Now that one bright spot is basically drinking his way off the team.
  21. Speaking to the landscape of this team's talent...... I know you need a lot of starters in the big leagues but by my count we have the following guys all either in the rotation or being ready to make that next step: Ryan, Lopez, Ober, SWR, Zebby, Festa, Abel, Bradley, and Rojas. And you might possibly add a guy like Riley Quick, Prielipp, and Raya to that list depending upon how you see them. Seriously.....why have we not dealt at least one of those guys so our putrid lineup could get an injection of life? You know.....the lineup we see every day and not every fifth day?
  22. I'm pretty sure Randball Stu could easily use this headline for a more accurate take.
  23. They're going to play wishbone and you're going to like it.
  24. Yeah, if he moves on for a lateral move that would indicate more behind-the-scenes stuff that never spilled out.
