    Man..... I can't believe that 3rd strike call Colome got. Truly amazing. That's what Colome needs to be effective, I guess - getting pitches called strikes that are 6 inches off the plate.

    No. I would expect them to be able to handle even more because of less stress the year before, and because they still worked out and stayed in top shape anyway. But that is just in my dreams. My dream expectation. In reality, for some reason these days, I expect them to not last the season. It seems to be what happens, so expectation of it happening is reinforced.

    Scored that a hit. Unbelievable. When we site how many errors a player has these days, we could almost double them for all the ones that happened and were scored a hit.

    ?? Aug. 27: C Mitch Garver (low back tightness) placed on 10-day injured list Garver's move is retroactive to Wednesday and comes after he missed the Twins' past two games against the Red Sox. His placement on the IL cleared a roster spot for Byron Buxton's return.

    Gibaut. One of the adds off season with the roster room created because Baddoo and Wade weren't added or removed. Colassal fail. I get injuries. Every team has them, and some have had even more, and are still competitive. The pitching decisions have been particularly atrocious.

    Yes. I would have already had him up. He is already 25, and after getting the plate umpire to fist bump him during his final appearance in the Olympics against South Korea to lead the charge and qualify Team USA for the Gold Medal game (he did not pitch in the final game against Japan for the Gold in which they lost and therefore won the Silver....), I was ready then. Then I was ready after the first game he pitched in St. Paul, and certainly ready now. FREE JOE RYAN~!~!~!~!

    It is always fun when one gets to watch the Team Mascot hit a home run AND pitch an inning.

    Yes, I looked at all of those stats, and more that I posted earlier, as you can perhaps see in the thread. I don't know that one 3-5 day fixes it, but it will be a start, for sure, and yes, it seems that however short it has been, we agree and state stats to show it, that he is still in a hole.... or a funk.
