You can’t stash them. There are like 13-14 pitchers that they have to determine if they are big league pitchers. There really isn’t much more they can do in the minors. Adding more on clogs the flow.     I am sorry., Bo you did not say exciting. I y was the only word that I could think of when somebody wishes their team was drafting more minor league rule 5 players that would clog the upper minors leagues, sign many, minor league players with an invite that was not a negative word.

    If at the trade deadline the Twins thought that Morris, Festa, Mathews and Prielipp were going to be MLB starters for the next 3-6 years they would not have sought the return they did for what they traded, If someone were to offer something of decent value any of those 4 could be traded. Those kinds of trades are probably unlikely to materialize until spring training. When other teams see their fringe starters are a lot less than they expected. If the Twins think it is possible that their position players will be playing closer to their ceiling they actually could contend in a weak central, especially if Kwan is traded. The thinking could also be they think the above 4 could be the next Duran and Jax. Time will tell. The people with pitchforks and machetes are not that patient.

Would be about 500 people. The average team has 175 scouts you are off by at least 100 😂

    As I searched for a better Falvey picture for you the only decent picture I could find was from when he was hired. That 30+ pounds must be the result of Falvey at the training table and thus we know where the Twins debt came from

    Thanks to the train wreck that was the McCourts, in 2012 MLB banned borrowing against the team I do believe it was the LA Times back then. LA Times has been behind a paywall the last few years, so I did not go drag them up. I was working nights then, and sometimes there wasn’t a whole lot to do at 3 AM
