    They should mess with the score keeper and rotate positions every inning for a game.

    The OF has superstars on the way midseason. Wichita is the place to be in April/May to see great OF play.

    We are going to have guys bouncing around positions depending on the situation. The team is built that way purposely. Put the best guy possible in the best position as the situation dictates. Who’s on first, what’s on2nd, idk’s on third.

    Just a matter of time until Julien becomes an Allstar. He is driven to be the best. When he matures a little more and hones his craft, he will be crazy good offensively and defensively.

    Quad strains heal relatively quickly and wont be a long term issue. Ive been through the same injury while running the bases. 3-4 weeks is likely to heal and rehab the soft tissue. He will likely be pain free within 2 weeks as it feels like a bad cramp/charlie horse type of pain. It’s possible that lack of hydration caused the muscles to become strained. My guess is that they will take it slow so Miranda or Martin will be in the show.

    Because his ba is 1.000 and his ops is 5.000 Lewis will be back soon enough.

    Our injuries are about league average this season. Several teams have multiple SP on the 60 day DL. We got one. Mostly meaningless $4M guy. Injuries happen. Next man up.

    Many changes in 3 years! Lots of success in MiLB developing these prospects. Great look back!!

    These pretty much say we are a below average team. Team BA about .246. Ouch.

    If we only did one single transaction this offseason and signed Monty, we would be a better team right now. Last I heard, he is looking at the Phillies or Yankees, neither want to pay his price.

    Our offseason is officially a complete failure.

    This is the best signing of the offseason. The south siders are the guys going young and dumb. I’ll take Jesse and the old man savvy all day long. Our pipeline is still there and will be used plenty. We need guys like Maeda and Chavez that know how to actually get the batter out. A middle inning shut down guy that messes with the other team. Perfect signing. Whiteys will finish last in the AL central.

    He wont be the first player to do that and its not unreasonable to believe that he will reach those targets in his career.

    I believe there are ways to mitigate that but I’m not Baldelli so what I would do doesn’t matter much.

    A lot of people underestimate C4 and Buck because of the lack of performance because of health issues. I’m not sure it’s possible to understand how dangerous a healthy C4 &Buck batting in front and behind Lewis for 130 games will be. Its a crazy amount of talent in the heart of the lineup. Julien, Kep, AK/Santana, Jeffers, Wallner all doing their thing. Where is the weakness in the lineup?

    150 + games in stead of 58. 600PA instead of 239. Be prepared for much more failure as well as all the success. Lewis is gonna be a living legend if his #s from the 58 games last year translate directly to 158 this season. Yes we may have the best left side of the infield in MLB. We may also have the best complete infield in MLB. The IF defense is going to be incredible! With Lewis leading the RBI parade, the offense is going to more well rounded than ‘23. The lineup is going to be plain cruel to some pitchers. (Pending health of everyone) of course.

    The Twins will fare well against the west. Texas and Seattle will beat each other up for the division title. The Astros aren’t dead yet but they might be come September. Nothing good is going to happen in California AL this season.

    The ‘24 Twins opening day roster. “Sound as a pound”.

    He is also dinged up. He has to work on a lot of everything since he is young and obviously not a finished product but he is already as good as or better than dozens of infielders that will be rostered on opening day in MLB. He likely wont see a while lot of MLB SS in ‘24 simply because C4 is primed to have a career year.
