Can’t hit anymore and is too slow to steal now
how many tens of millions is he still owed? Funny that he has all those incentives in his contract for winning MVPs
Thielbar had a 4.46 FIP last year. He’s 37 and plays in an era with a 3 batter minimum. His time is up but Rocco and co won’t move on until he loses a significant amount of games.
Both sands and Funderburk should have been available tonight. Giving Thielbar the benefit of the doubt is starting to look like Tyler Duffey from a couple years ago
Did you look at what I said about Thielbar giving up a 1.000 ops to righties last year?
not my fault that Alcala wastes away in AAA when he looked like one of their best relievers. Twins putting themselves in these situations
Thielbar gave up a 1.000 ops to righties last year regular season and playoffs combined so let’s throw him in to face Trout for the game.

Not having catchers get hurt doesn’t mean they’re doing something right, just getting good luck. As I mentioned earlier the top catchers in baseball start 110-120 a year. There’s no reason for Jeffers to be starting the same or less than Vázquez
130 games includes DH time. The top catchers in baseball play 110-120 games behind the plate. Jeffers is on pace for 77 right now. 78 all last year.
100 for Jeffers should be the goal with an additional 30 at DH.
I also find it hard to believe that it’s a coincidence that almost every hitter on this team is off to their worst start to a season.
The plan of attack is awful and almost every twins hitter has subscribed to this same plan.
Popkins and his hitting staff has to go. Immediately
