I always liked Duffey until his time was overdue to be cut.
I wish KC well with him but the now 33 yr old pitching at the AAA Omaha reveals some problems:

A's kicked Yanks in Der arse. 2-0. Excellent game broadcast on Free TV MLB today.
Dallas Braden did the color for the A's. He is excellent (try their podcast, "Baseball is Dead").
Aaron Boone got tossed; ump heard what he thought was Boone. It was a fan! Boone went crazy; Braden dropped a bunch of one liners at that point. Hilarious.
He dove for a ball against the Guardians, landed on his shoulder, and took a ton of time to get up. I believe he finished the inning but came out of the game shortly thereafter.
MLB rules permit switching hands between batters. However, he must declare which hand he will use exclusively on a batter. No switching hands between that single batter.
No, he is ambidextrous starting pitcher at Mississippi State. Throws 99mph from the left side; 95 from the right. Has just one glove.
Good story at MLB. https://www.mlb.com/news/jurrangelo-cijntje-ambidextrous-pitcher-mississippi-state
Great backstory on his debut on MLB.com
"As Jair Camargo stepped to the plate for the first time as a Major League player on Tuesday night, he was so locked in that he couldn’t hear anything around him -- not even that piercing rattle that’s been following him around the world for 15 years...."

Rosenthal tackles the subject:

Where would you start with this team were you Baldelli?
Team hitting is dead last out of 30 teams. .191.
Team pitching: 20 teams have given up lower batting averages to their opponents. (Tigers have yielded lowest opponents BA).
"I think it's a game that we can definitely build off of going forward. ... We were able to do things on offense." Ryan Jeffers gives his thoughts after the loss.
I think Jeffers has had his ear at the door during Baldelli's pressies too often.
John Sterling, Yanks announcer, is retiring immediately due to health concerns.
He is 85 and is being honored on Saturday which suggests serious prognosis.
