Is he that bad? I'm struggling to trust the strike zone on TV right now, but if it's correct he's about 50/50 on close calls, most going the Twins way.

Margot plays that line drive/ground ball like a grenade.....he let Vaughn walk to second. Really, really a terrible outfielder.

I hadn't heard about the "set-back"....only that he was due to make one more rehab start before joining the Giants. You saying that Soto would be the #28 prospect in the Guardian's system? I doubt that.....

I acknowledge I know nothing about the Royals farm system, but it's reported they gave up 2 top 15 prospects in their chain and a 3rd minor leaguer who's having a blow up year. That's a lot and I can't see the Twins doing that. Even if it's not about $$$$$$.

You wouldn't take a flyer on Cobb in exchange for say Dylan Questad which is about the equivalent rated prospect that Cleveland gave up for him??? I sure as hell would......even if he was our 5th starter.....

Meanwhile, Cleveland goes out and gets Alex Cobb for a prospect ranked #28 in their organization.....(akin to like Dylan Questad in the Twins)..... SMH at this squads ownership......

I really wanted to see Wallner uncork one just for fun....he sorta tried and hit 82 mph Rocco clearly saving Thielbar for a clutch inning tomorrow. SMH

I should've worded it more carefully....he was sitting out there for nothing. Red Sox gave up a low A guy hitting in the low 200's if i recall.

What would Okert and Thielbar have to do to get demoted?? Paxton sitting out there for nothing.....I don't care if he didn't want to pitch out of the bullpen.

It sure doesn't look like it was very expensive (prospect wise) for the Astros to acquire Kikuchi, the Cardinals to acquire Fedde or the Dodgers to get Kopech. All 3 would look good in a Twins uniform.....

The Twins are gonna struggle to score runs when their top 3 hitters are injured....take Harper, Turner and Realmuto out of the Phillies lineup and I like our chances....

Paxton makes perfect sense. Maybe they catch lightning in a bottle, or at the worst he's a better bullpen option than Funderburk or Thielbar.

"i love you Manny" Drives in tying run...."I love you Manny".....falls down running to 3rd...."You suck so bad Manny" Takes ridiculous route and dives at ball in bottom of 9th....."That's it. Sorry if this was mentioned already, but on the 2nd play that Buxton tried to make last night (not the one where he hit the wall, the one where he just came up short after running a long way) he pulled up and looked gimpy like he felt that knee tweak. I was sure he was not going to finish the game, but he did.....

Would love to see the home plate report on the ump in the second game....thought he was terrible and mostly against the Twins. Can't believe that robo umps would be worse.....
