In Spring training the primary bullpen options were Rogers, May, Parker, A. Reed, May, Romero, Magill, Hildenberger, Harper, and Mejia. Out of that group 4 have been DFAd (Parker, A. Reed, Magill, and Mejia) and 2 more are in AAA (Romero and Hildenberger). Of the remaining guys May and Harper have been OK, but they definitely don't inspire confidence when they take the mound in the late innings of close games. Basically the Twins have one pitcher from their initial bullpen that should be pitching in high leverage situations. Looking back I think it's fair to say the front office made a massive mistake when they failed to add any competent relievers in the off-season.
