Squirrel Community Moderator Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 Every run in the Chicago series was the result of a home run. It appears this trend continues
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2013 Author Posted August 13, 2013 Why? I mean, seriously, why? Over time... The people who shop on... Rodeo Drive... for example... Over time... The same old choices to spend your money on start to wear thin and something new needs to be introduced. Truck nuts are for that bored Rodeo Drive crowd.

You could be our down on the farm reporter. We need one... The format would be simple... Come up with a sounder and fill us in. Something like this... "Dun Dun Dah... Reporting from down on the farm... I'm Grin... In New Britain... Alex Meyer has thrown 5 innings of shut out ball against Lehigh Valley. Meyer has struck out 8 Iron Pigs with one hit allowed. Reporting Live from Conneticut... I'm grin" Something like that.

VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 heard arnold was canadian. poor guy. Actually he was born in Illinois. On September 9, 1942, Albert enlisted in the United States Navy and was discharged in 1943 to accept an appointment as a lieutenant in the U.S. Naval Reserve. He was awarded the Bronze Star with Combat "V" for his actions during the invasion of Tarawa in November 1943, when, as the pilot of a U.S. Coast Guard landing craft, he rescued 47 Marines who were stranded offshore (and supervised the rescue of 30 others), while under heavy enemy machine-gun fire.[5]
