ignored users

Why is someone I ignored back in my feeds? Why can't I ignore him?

Have you checked to make sure all elements of their interactions are blocked? There are multiple choices for each user.

It told me I can longer block that user. Did you add a mod?

Click on your profile in the upper right corner and down the list you will see ignored users. Click on that and type the name in the field of who you want to ignore.
