I think the big money players are totally on board with a burn it down mentality. They really don't have much to lose. If the MLBPA is able to get the younger players to favor some compromise, I think the season will work.

If the hard-liner veterans on the generational wealth contracts are able to get the younger players in line, 2027 will be lost.
