Chris Ballard has been their GM for nine years. Has four winning seasons. And he traded away two firsts for CB Gardner and the team promptly lost 7 in a row to end the season. I thought for sure he was going to be fired. Not as sure about the coach, who has been okish except when Richardson was his QB.
