As opposed to the kinds of false starts that occur after the ball is snapped? This official was rubbing me the wrong way earlier in the game, now I realize why; he likes to hear himself talk.

Did McCarthy have too much mustard on that one in the end zone ? Hard to tell. It wasn’t an egregious drop but certainly catchable

I think that means he's not the guy. 

I don't think top end QBs have those things get in their head and then somehow grow out of it.
