Yea, I was really thinking they were going to go on a drunken spending spree for those big contracts. Now I can put my mind at ease.

That's true -- I estimated best case and mid-range scenarios.  Didn't include a worst-case scenario, which would be a 70-win season if a bunch of stuff falls apart.
