iceslick Verified Member Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Not a bad start for barely a 17 year old!
Seth Stohs Site Manager Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 You meant he flyout to CF in his first at bat??? No? Oh, the double in his second at bat, and maybe the 3-run homer in his third at bat? Yeah, tha'ts a pretty impressive start.
Thrylos Old-Timey Member Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Give him 2 months and I can see people asking to move Sano to 1B or OF for him I think that he will be a top-ten Twins prospect in lots of off-season rankings...

The only reason he isn't on mine is because I've got a criteria that says that have to have played at least in the GCL to be included. he's definitely a top 10 though.
raindog Verified Member Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Promote him now! J/k, it's awesome to have another exciting prospect to watch.
drjim Provisional Member Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 Another example of how the Twins under Ryan don't spend enough. He might have been the top bat in the international market last year.
Ncgo4 Verified Member Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 2-3 today with a triple. What the he** are the Twins doing, holding this kid back like this? Jeeze!
AlwaysinModeration Verified Member Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Nice to see my Adopt-A-Prospect getting some game action finally. Here's my page on him: Adopt A Prospect 2013(which admittedly has been pretty dull so far.) Interesting to see you say Top 10, Seth. Twins have a pretty deep Top Ten...are you thinking he has better potential than, say, Jorge Polanco?

B Richard Provisional Member Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Great to see this, I know a lot of people are really high on this kid. There's only one thing left to be said here... http://cdn.meme.li/instances/400x/32353960.jpg
AlwaysinModeration Verified Member Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 Hits for the cycle in his first 7 ABs...

Twins Twerp Provisional Member Posted June 22, 2013 Posted June 22, 2013 He looks to have a pretty thick lower half. Any idea Seth how the foot speed and quickness are? Is it too early to wonder if he can stay a third.
