Don't sleep on Navarreto. He's still relatively young, has improved his hitting (low strikeouts - puts the ball in play), and has a cannon for an arm. I thought he was supposed to be pretty good defensively as well. Seems to me he would make a pretty good back up catcher to Garver/Castro next year

It would be nice to see him get the chance and if he performs well there a start in Ft Myers next spring!

Are both Lewin Diaz and Roni Tapia being left in the DSL or is there an age limit for the GCL?

Diaz is playing in DSL along with Tapia. They have only played a handful of games but I know Diaz has already gone yard once.

Is that the former Twin outfielder Chad Allen?

Is he hurt? I don't think I've seen him in the boxscores for weeks.

Did you look at how many innings he has pitched for that ERA? 6 innings in AAA. I believe the original op was refrencing his dominance last year and good numbers at AA this year.

I hope they don't end up missing the whole year!
