Pray tell, how? By putting all those parking ramps there, and building a world class stadium? Look, some people that never go into cities are just convinced cities are horrible, when violent death percentages are much higher in rural areas...

Pray tell, how? Sorry, Chief, civic pride is understandable, but I've ceased taking every opportunity to stop in the Cities and take in a game. Downtown has become a pain in the a$$ and local government just isn't concerned.

I used to work in the Twin Cities metro area, including the Chicago-Lake area; while I prefer the version 20-30 years ago from today, the asinine non-response to the riots a few years back is now history. Things are not great but better.

As for information sources, there's really no substitute for direct personal experience, and I have a whole lot more of that than needed to reach my conclusion. Please have a beautiful day.
