wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted May 2, 2023 Author Posted May 2, 2023 Not too many gripes with this lineup. Maybe flip flop Kepler and Gallo, but that's minor.
pierre75275 Verified Member Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 Interesting to me that he is stacking up the lefties in the middle of the lineup, especially with Bummer lurking in the pen. I know Miranda bats right, but I don't think the lefties have been so close together before in the lineup.

True, but given Chicago's overall woes pitching wise this year, probably isn't too much of a stretch this game.
CRF Verified Member Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 I'm looking forward to seeing Ryan go to 6-0. Also can't wait to see the Sox play their usual "keystone cops" stellar defense.
Mortimerkenny21 Verified Member Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 Twins 7- White Sox 2. Gallo and Correa HR's. Go Twins!
Puckett34 Verified Member Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 I'd like to see a W today. That'd be nice.
LonelyseatinMOA Verified Member Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 Sorry to be a doomer but I'm predicting that Kopech is gonna surprise some folks today
MN_ExPat Verified Member Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 Mock draft on MLB (from a guest scout), his pick is Max Clark. https://www.mlb.com/news/mock-draft-by-mlb-scouting-director Personally would love to see Dollander or Skenes (even after Dollander's ups and downs this year), but by all accounts Clark is a really solid player so... 🤷♂️.

He can right his ship against someone else this time around, or, better yet, go back to fake reality TV.

They did it several times early before the injuries started and was able to get plus matchups with Solano and Farmer off the bench after the pitching change. They slot perfectly for RH hitting and positional flexibility. No telling what situation will come today with both Kepler and Gallo hitting well but that area will be the pitch hit target late in the game. Its a good situation if you have two good RH hitters on the bench, which we don't today.

Like he was daring them to bring him in in a critical situation. I wasn't being critical, just hadn't noticed before.

I liked it a lot better with both Farmer and Solano available.

USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted May 2, 2023 Posted May 2, 2023 On another note, today's crowd looks worse than Target Field
