Contreras might get a Complete Game. Certainly, he is the only player for the Twins who started and is still in the game.

Yeah, I really don't see much there for Contreras. He got his MLB time last year and I wonder if he'll ever get there again, especially with limited call-ups in September.

After the game is over, I'll offer a little analysis. Hamilton doubled high off the monster.

Bobby Dalbec up with two outs and a runner on second. I can't remember the last Spring Training game where Dalbec failed to get a hit. Sands got him on all called third to end the game.

Comments on a meaningless win at Jet Blue.

1) Ryan was excellent. The Red Sox sent out a mostly major league lineup and Ryan handled them easily.

2) Pagan and Sands put up zeroes, but with a lot more hard-hit balls and long counts. They look like what they are--competitors for the last spot in the bullpen.

3) A lot of impressive at-bats. Larnach hit three of his hits right on the button, including a homer that got out in a hurry. I like Trevor to break out this year so that no one will question his place in the lineup by midseason.

4) The depth guys (Farmer, Solano, Taylor) look like they can be really helpful.

5) Two and a half hour games are much easier to watch than three and a half hour games.
