I love Duran as the closer. The problem is I don't see the Twins being willing to have him appear in back-to-back games.

1B seems to be cursed for the Twins this season. Sano hit under .100 and now Arraez is hitting around .230 when he starts at first base. Combined, our first basement have a .575 OPS this season.

Late, but TWINS WIN!

wasnt the most exciting game, nor was it what I expected, but the Twins got it done. Paddack was pretty good, Joe Smith has been fantastic, Jax performed in his first high leverage inning, and the future of the bullpen is now in the present with Duran. Interesting matchup tomorrow with Zimmerman for the Os. He’s been really good, but hasn’t been traditionally. Gotta take 3 outta 4.

I can't remember being so relaxed up 1 run with our closer in the game......Duran seems absolutely unfazed!!!!!!!!
