1st base or 3rd base, it makes no difference. Arraez can't protect the line on hard hit ground balls.

? I just meant that he used to throw 2 innings most appearances and was really effective

The 8th was the bottom of the order, which rolled over to the top of the order. The 9th has their 3, 4, & 5 spots coming up. If the Twins don't score or only score 1, that is the high leverage situation.

Be interesting to see what happens with Duran as the season goes along ... after two years of not a lot of work, I am assuming he has an innings limit or a maximum he can go this season, hmmm,

... win today and a discussion for another day ?

I would absolutely lose my marbles if we’re in the thick of things come august/September and he’s shut down due to an innings limit
