I assume he crowds the plate and he's facing pitchers who don't have the control of ML pitchers who are probably trying to pitch inside. Or he's a dick.

John Bonnes Site Manager Posted August 15, 2021 Posted August 15, 2021 I haven't seen the most recent ones, but the first two HBP with Witchita, they were in the back of the leg, and he just sort of turned so they hit him. It might be that a lot of other hitters move their legs or do a little dance to avoid it?
