sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Duke didn't lose it in the 10th. Glad to see that theory disproven...
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 LaMarre in center field
yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 So, there’s no way Morisson hits against Olson, right Paul? PAUL??!!
jud6312 Verified Member Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 LaMarre in center fieldHis .500 BA should tell you he's a stick-first superstar. His D is just a bonus.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Gold gloves? And Duke needs all the help he can get. 6 BB in 4 innings. Mauer should have picked that, regardless.I'm not sure he should have ... but with all the picks he made last year ... yeah, surprising he missed this one. Still, that one is on Dozier, imo.
yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Seriously, is Mitch Garver like dead or something?
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Vargas will be set to appear in the 30th inning, after LoMo is 0-12 with 8Ks
jud6312 Verified Member Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 So, there’s no way Morisson hits against Olson, right Paul?PAUL??!!You can just copy and paste this question and replace Olson with literally any pitcher's name.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Any chance Morrison pulls a nishioka and gives back some of his salary? It’s only right
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 What happens first: A Kinley appearance in the 20th inning or a LoMo WalkoffI ran this through a probability simulator and it gave me an estimated completion time of 2,549 hours because neither is going to happen, ever.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 And LeMarre is the 26th player allowed on the roster due to unusual travel circumstances, if i recall from reading series previews or at least speculation on such moves. He has to return to Rochester after this series as he has not been down there the required 10 days. Unless he is Buxton's DL replacement of course, which he probably will be...
jud6312 Verified Member Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Why on Earth would you play matchups against LaMarre? He has about a 1/100 chance of getting anything but a single.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Good gracious, at least the Indians are getting baserunners. This has been abysmal offensively speaking
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Why on Earth would you play matchups against LaMarre? He has about a 1/100 chance of getting anything but a single. My exact thoughts. Francona has managin' to do!

I thought the rule was hard and fast and it didn't make a difference if a player went on the DL.

Still, that one is on Dozier, imo.Replay showed that the second bounce of Dozier's throw hit the edge of the sliding pit and skidded. That's an example of why it's better not to purposely bounce throws.
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 You have thirty pitchers, and lots of cold weather, and a day off? Other than that, I don't know what either manager is doing with their pitchers tonight
yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 Looking to keep that 1.000 BABIP. And he does!

jud6312 Verified Member Posted April 19, 2018 Posted April 19, 2018 I cringe at the thought of Grossman and LaMarre starting together.
